This release (A bootleg) appears to have a heavily obfusicated tracklisting.

Track 3 is a mix / mashup of two tracks. The first 30 seconds is Robert Armani - Total Recall (an early version?) then you hear 'Pipeline' by DJ Rush which is unreleased.

Track 7 sounds like an instrumental version of 'Sensuous Woman Goes Disco' by Sensuous Black Woman

Track 8 is an unreleased song by Robert Owens (That has only recently been distributed in bootlegs on the 'Jackmaster Hater' label)

Track 10 is entitled 'Ron Hardy - The Italo Side Of Ron' on the release but is in fact a shorter edit of an unreleased tune by Craig Loftis.
The track has since been released on several labels/ formats.

Track 11 appears to be a slightly different version of an unreleased Hurley track 'I Don't Know' (That eventually got a release on his unreleased material 12" 'Dubs From The Dungeon' (Silk Entertainment Label) and is credited here to Ron Hardy also.

Track 12 is the original unreleased version of 'Waiting On My Angel'

Track 13 is one of the original unreleased versions of 'Your Love' (Recently bootlegged on the Jackmaster Hater label)
