Cassette case has a glued handle on it, so that it resembles a suitcase.

"Young Women Of Calcutta"was art project by Agata Zwierzyñska to portrait young women of Calcutta. For this project she's focussing on the following women:
1 Art Students
2 The Yuppie Generation Of The St. Xavier's College
3 The Missionaries Of Charity
4 A Traditional Caste
5 Street Women, The Slums, Prostitutes
For the project she intended to make photographs, drawings and sound recordings and to gather literature and poetry to use all this for a book and an exhibition.
The book was published as "The Calcutta Diaries" in 1998.

The cassette features recordings of the preparations for the project: informing for a ticket to India by phone and searching and buying for the handles and cassettes in stores.
These recordings are on side A and not listed as such, the rest of the cassette is either empty or contains unidentifiable light noise.
